Talian Kasih is a government helpline. Call 15999.

It is run by the Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development. It gives counselling and referrals for domestic violence, child abuse and other welfare problems.

It is available 24 hours a day.

Why it matters: if you or your children are unsafe at home, you can call at any time for help.
